Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a door which can be easily fabricated and assembled, and which can enhance the productivity.
SOLUTION: A door is composed of left and right frames 2 each formed at their end faces with two stage shallow and deep cutouts 2a, 2b, vertical frames 3 formed with cutouts 3a, 3b, similar to the left and right frames, widthwise of the end faces, and provided at their longitudinal ends with protrusions 3d, and moldings 4 having protrusions as a frame fitting part and a mirror plate fitting part, and fitted in the cutouts in the left and right frames, and in the upper and lower frames. Further, the mirror plate is fitted in the molding, and is then fitted cutouts in the left and right frames and in the upper and lower frames. Further, retainer plates are attached so that the frame fixed part of the molding and the shallow cutouts of the left and right, and upper and lower frames are covered with the retainer plates.
