Abstract:
To provide a composition and dosage form capable of decreasing a side effect of guanfacine, which are especially useful for a child suffering from both ADHD and conduct disorder.
Such a single dose form as one tablet can be effective by once-a-day administration regimen. The dosage form should be so small sized that a patient easily swallow, for instance, or sized small enough to be allowed in oral administration. Additionally, the dosage form has good manufacturability, expandability, and robustness.
