PURPOSE: To provide a planter of double aeration type for eliminating the root rot a plants which is the largest defect of a planter for horticulture made of polyethylene or vinyl chloride and preventing drastic increase of soil temperature due to direct rays of the sun and solidification of soil caused thereby.

CONSTITUTION: This planting pot (1) is formed so as to have a double structure in which a definite space width is provided between the inner frame (2) and the outer frame (3) and many vent holes (4) of a needle size are bored in the circumferential part of the inner frame (2). Thereby, fresh water and air can be supplied to the root of a plant and heat of direct rays of the sun is blocked by installing the outer frame (3) in which air vent holes are provided.
