This double capsule for a cosmetic containing a fat-soluble active substance as an internal component, has a primary capsule coated film by a film-forming agent for making the primary capsule and a secondary gellan gum-matrix capsule coated film formed at the exterior of the primary capsule coated film, and also has 0.01-2.0mm size. The fat-soluble active substance for a cosmetic is one or more selected from the group consisting of a retinoid, tocopherol, an unsaturated fatty acid, its derivative and a fat-soluble coloring matter and vitamin F.
