Abstract:
To accurately paste a rolled double coated tape to an object at any length and position.
This device serves to paste a double coated tape 2 to an object 5 as a heat radiating plate in a thermal printer head assembling process. The double coated tape 2 is delivered from a roll guide 31, cut at a given length by a rotary cutter 37, pushed against the object 5 at the adhesion face 36a of a cut base 36 and pasted with the cut base 36 being moved. A liner 3 separated from the double coated tape 2 is recovered by a liner feeder 25. The tension of the double coated tape 2 is measured by sensors 75, 76 to provide rotation control of the roll guide 31 in positive/reverse directions.
