Title:
DOUBLE COOLING TUBE INTERPOSED WITH THERMOELECTRIC ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6032578
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the defect of the entire system by interposing a low melting point metal in a gap between inner and outer tubes, thereby eliminating the high temperature heating of a thermoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:A thermoelectric element 5 which is electrically coupled is contacted through an insulator 14 with the outer surfaces of the inner tube 10 of double tubes having inner and outer tubes 10, 11. Leakage outlets 13-1-13-n are opened at the prescribed positions of the tubes 10, 11. Low melting point metal 12 is filled in a gap between the tubes 10 and 11. The metal 12 employs, for example, a solder having a melting point of 450 deg.C or lower. The elements 5 are coupled in series, but the elements are insulated therebetween. The tube 10 has a coolant passage 15.
