Abstract:
PURPOSE: To assure good distinction of the changeover position by securing a certain fixed position equipped with distinct selectivity corresponding to three changeover positions and furnishing a corresponding location means and a mating position deciding means. CONSTITUTION: A disconnection piece consists of a swing arm 15 which is borne rotatably by a terminal casing 1 within a changeover chamber 7 and is capable of revolving between three changeover positions. In any of the positions, the contacting regions 11 and 12 of two contacting rail pieces 8 and 9 have one extension part 13 and 14 for forming the other changeover position. Despite a comparatively small size of this type of double disconnection terminal, a handle 17 of the swing arm 15 protruding from the terminal casing 1 can have a comparatively large revolving angle when viewed over the three changeover positions. Therefore, the three different positions earn externally be distinguished from its appearance clearly and certainly.
