PURPOSE: To enable simultaneous vertical or tilted double end cutting and also continuous cutting of a long material.

CONSTITUTION: A cutter A is supported through the intermediary of rotary brackets 20 and 21 and a pin 22 in such a manner that it can be tilted against a table 7, and is fixed. A movable cutter is provided opposite to the cutter A. As for the cutter A, a rotary cutting blade 35 is fitted to a rotary shaft 29, the tilt against the table 7 is adjusted by an air cylinder, and the movable cutter is moved in accordance with the cut length. The cutting blade 35 is presed by the air cylinder against a material D to be cut on the table 7, thus the designed cutting is performed.
