To provide a double glazing window equipped with hot wires that prevent dew condensation and improve heat insulation effects.
Sheet glasses (32, 33) in a double glazing structure are placed at both sides of a spacer (31) enclosing a moisture absorbing agent and located within a window frame (2) composed of a frame or the like (21) having a glass mounting groove (211) and a space (212) formed therein, and double glazing structure (3) sealed up all around with an enclosing material are inserted and fixed to form a double glazing window (1). A hot wire (4) generating heat by power supplied is attached along the circumference of inner surface of the room-side plate glass (32) of this double glazing window. A penetration hole (34) is opened and penetrates the lower spacer (31) of the double glazing (3) for an electric wiring (5) to be connected with the hot wire (4). A power supply connected with the other end of the electric wiring (5) to supply power to the hot wire and a controller (7) to control output from the power supply according to operation signals sent from a user are built in the lower frame space (212) of the window frame (2).
