PURPOSE: To make it possible to exchange spray water on the outside surface of an outside pipe with a liquefied gas in an inner pipe and reduce accumulated ice and the amount of sea water by and clean through easily without damaging the effect of a stabilized from of LNG and NG discharging vaporated gas- generated by an increased temperature from a lower part outlet header.
CONSTITUTION: A large number of heat exchangers 1 under a double tube structure are installed side by side, thereby forming a heat exchanger panel 10. More specifically, a frame device 11, which clamps the ends of tubes with a shape material, is installed at the upper part while an NG outlet header tank 4 which supports the whole heat exchanger panel 10 is installed to the lower end. Liquefied natural gas is supplied to inner tubes 6, penetrating the NG outlet header tank 4 and the vaporated gas is discharged from the upper parts of the inner tubes 6 to outer tubes 2 by a U type flow. This construction makes it possible to reduce the accumulation of ice and the amount of sea water and clean troughs easily without damaging the effect of a stabilized flow of LNG and NG.
