Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to bury underground and increase high strength and pull- out resistance by connecting both a front layer and a rear layer in desired shape and weaving both layers into a warp thread and a woof thread having a specific thickness, strength and ductility and providing specified tension cutting power and cutting ductility.
SOLUTION: A front base fabric 9 and a rear tie thread 10 are integrally tied together with a connecting thread 11, thereby forming a square-shaped mesh woven fabric whose one side ranges from 10 to 150mm. In this case, synthetic fiber multi-filament threads are woven in as a warp and a woof wherein the threads, which form no stitches in both length and breadth directions or the single direction, provide 500 and over denier, 8g/d and over strength and 15% and below ductility. Then, this double layer structure mesh warp woven fabric is coated with a synthetic resin material 2. The intermediate tensile stress during 80% elongation of cutting ductility is specified to exceed 65% of tensile cutting strength. In addition, the tensile cutting strength of a warp or a woof whose mesh is not formed yet in the length direction or the breadth direction is specified to exceed 300kg/m.
