Abstract:
PURPOSE:To efficiently utilize a distributing reservoir by regarding plural reservoirs having respectively different reservoir capacity and different shapes as one distributing reservoir to utilize the reservoir. CONSTITUTION:A reservoir A is a low position reservoir formed on the lower ground and a reservoir B is a high position reservoir. Inflow water QI is allowed to directly flow into the reservoir B, but is allowed to flow into the reservoir A through an inflow rate adjusting valve MI and an outflow rate adjusting valve MO is arranged on the outflow side of the reservoir B. Since the opening of the valve MI is controlled by water level fixing control and that of the valve MO is controlled by flow rate fixing control, the two reservoirs A, B having respectively different levels can be utilized as one distributing reservoir having reservoir capacity QA + QB. Consequently, the distributing reservoir can be efficiently utilized.
