Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a double phase fluid loop type heat discharging device in which a temperature of cooled member can be stably controlled by an accumulator.

CONSTITUTION: A cold plate 301 which is an important factor of a double phase fluid loop type heat discharging device is comprised of a heat receiving part 211 on which a cooled item is placed, a heat exchanging part 212 in which heat of the heat receiving part 211 is heat exchanged with fluid L, and a heat pipe 221 arranged between these both devices.
