Abstract:
To provide a technique for bringing a double pipe close to a desired shape.SOLUTION: A method for molding a double pipe includes: bending a double pipe with a predetermined curvature and forming a bent part in the double pipe; and arranging the bent part at a position deviated inside or outside in a curvature radius direction of the bent part relative to a first molding surface for molding an outer surface on a first side, in a first molding die having the first molding surface, out of the outer surfaces on both sides sandwiching a plane including a central axis of the bent part in the bent part, and pressing the bent part in a state of being arranged in the first molding die with a second molding die having a second molding surface for molding an outer surface on a second side out of the outer surfaces on both sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
