To efficiently manufacture an image sheet for reflection and transmission which can excellently display a print image regardless of reflection light and transmission light.SOLUTION: In a double-side printer for image sheet manufacture for manufacturing an image sheet S2 for reflection and transmission by printing a same image G so as to be superimposed on both surfaces Sa, Sb of a continuous printing base material S1 supplied from a base material supply roll 1, a head 3 for front surface printing which prints the image G on the front surface Sa of the continuous printing base material S1, a front-back inversion conveyance unit 2A which inverts the front and back sides of the continuous printing base material S1 after front surface printing, and a head 4 for back surface printing which prints the image G on the back surface Sb of the continuous printing base material S1 after front-back inversion are arranged between the base material supply roll 1 and a take-up unit 5 that takes up the continuous printing base material S1 after double-side printing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
