To accurately receive a sheet transferred to a carrying in position in a storage part to avoid paper jam in the storage part in a double-side printing apparatus with the storage part.
The double-side printing apparatus 1 includes: a first printing part 3 for printing on one face of a sheet P1; the storage part 5 for storing a sheet P2 one face of which is printed; and a second printing part 7 for printing on another face of the sheet P2. The storage part 5 includes: a carrying in means 51 for transferring the sheet P2 to the carrying in position along a carrying in face 51d; a conveyance means 52 for receiving each lower end part P2L of the sheet P2 located in the carrying in position to convey it to the carrying out position with each lower end part P2L leaving a predetermined clearance; a carrying out means 53 for carrying out the sheet P2 located in the carrying out position; and a carrying in means position adjustment mechanisms 54 and 56 for adjusting the position of the lower part 51L of the carrying in means 51. The carrying in means position adjustment mechanisms 54 and 56 adjust the lower part 51L of the carrying in means 51 in a direction orthogonal to the carrying in face 51d.
