PURPOSE: To uniformly stick a double side tape even to a surface of an extremely thin film by sticking the double side tape to an overlap width part by using wind pressure after the double side tape is delivered so that a sticking part is opposed to the overlap width part suspended from a synthetic resin film.

CONSTITUTION: An outer peripheral surface of a heat insulating material body 1 molded in a cylinder shape is coated with a synthetic resin film 2. An overlap width part 21 covering a notch 11 formed on one side of the heat insulating material body 1 is arranged in the synthetic resin film 2, and the heat insulating material body 1 is horizontally supported so that the overlap width part 21 is suspended by dead weight, and is moved at constant speed. On the other hand, a double side tape 3 composed of an adhesive part 3a and a die separable paper 3b is delivered through plural guides from a tape reel so that the adhesive part 3a is opposed to an inside surface of the overlap width part 21. Air is blown off at high speed from a blowoff port 71 of a nozzle 7 arranged on the tip of a flexible tube 72, and the double side tape 3 is stuck to the overlap width part 21 between the blowoff port and a back board 6 supported with a stand S.
