This double-structured vial includes a first vial and a second vial. The second vial is put inside the first vial and fixed by fixing members each comprising an annular member and legs extending radially from the annular member capable of respectively fitting the top and the bottom parts of the second vial thereinto, so that a stopper body of the second vial is located at the position in the same direction and on the same axis as the stopper body of the first vial. Thus, the medical solution stored in the second vial can be sucked out by piercing an injection needle into the stoppers of the first and second vials.
