Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand the selecting range of a load side without lighting a light- emitting diode due to remaining voltage at the time of no-detection by providing a first transistor, wherein the base terminal is connected to the output terminal of a comparator, the light-emitting diode, wherein the cathode terminal is connected to the transistor terminal, a second transistor, wherein the base terminal is connected to the anode terminal of this diode, and a constant current diode.
SOLUTION: The MR sensor package 2 constituting the double-wire type sensor circuit 15 comprises a part group constituting a bridge circuit 16 and an operation amplifier 17. MR elements 16a and 16c change own resistances in response to a magnet provided at a piston. A reference voltage VREF is outputted to the operation amplifier 17 from the intermediate connecting point of partial-pressure resistors 16b and 16d. The magnetic detection signal having the higher voltage than the reference voltage VREF is outputted to the operation amplifier 17 from the intermediate connecting point of the MR elements 16a and 16b. The operation amplifier 17 compares the detected signal from the bridge circuit 16 and forms the double coded value. The signal is amplified and outputted.
