Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stablity at the time of doubling yarn and to save a space by setting a drawing and feeding mechanism below a take-up mechanism in a doubler having the drawing and feeding mechanism to feed the expanding and contracting yarn at specified speed and the take-up mechanism to take up the expanding and contracting yarn with other yarn to feed.
SOLUTION: A doubler is constituted by furnishing a drawing and feeding mechanism 11 to feed expanding and contracting yarn Y2 at specified speed and a take-up mechanism 12 to take up the expanding and contracting yarn Y2 with other yarn Y1 to feed, and the take-up mechanism 12 is set on an upper part of a machine base 13 and the drawing and feeding mechanism 11 is set below it. In this way, when the drawing and feeding mechanism 11 to properly deliver the expanding and contracting yarn Y2 is arranged below the take-up mechanism 12, the doubler is constituted compact and simple. That is, a rolling draw roller 35, an expanding and contracting yarn package 9 and a circularly travelling belt 43 are not disposed on the front surface side of the machine base 13, and safety of a worker is improved. Additionally, a setting space is reduced.
