Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a doubly color-developing ink not undergoing the problem that the dye is discolored or decolored due to reduction with a metallic power even when a polar organic solvent such as a lowly toxic alcohol and/or glycol ether solvents are used.
SOLUTION: This composition essentially consists of 1.0-15.0wt.% dye which is any one member selected among azoic metal complex dyes, metal complex dyes, phthalocyanine dyes and xanthene dyes all of which are soluble in an alcoholic or glycol ether solvent, 60.0-96.0wt.% alcoholic or glycol ether solvent, 3.0-25.0wt.% oil-soluble resin soluble in the above solvent and 5.0-30.0wt.% fine metal powder pigment surface-treated with a fatty acid or a fatty acid salt.
