PURPOSE: To obtain balanced English outputs without dividing a word at the end of a line.

CONSTITUTION: When length (length from the end of a line up to the end of a word 'morning' e.g.) overflowed from the end of the line in the word 'morning' crossing the end of the line is within the run-on enabled length specified by an operator, a space before the word is uniformly contracted to run on the work within the line, and when the length is longer than the run-on enabled length, the length (from 'm' up to the end of the line) of the word included within the end of the line is measured, and when the length is shorter than the run-out enabled length specified by the operator, the word is run out to the next line, the space in the line is uniformly expanded and the word preceding the run-out word is alined to the end of the line.
