Abstract:
PURPOSE: To always ensure the self-contained state of a compressed air source necessary for the open and close control of a drain discharge valve during the operation of a compressor and the no-load operation thereof, and enable a piston valve for drain discharge and an unloader valve for the no-load operation of the compressor to operate at all times under the low pressure of the ressed air.
CONSTITUTION: Thecompressed air delivered from the first-stage cylinder 11 is made to pass through a cooler 111 and a water separator 112 and, then, absorbed into the second-stage cylinder 12. At the same time, the compressed air from the separator 112 is made to flow into a control receiver tank 22 via a nonreturn valve 21. Also, the compressed air in the tank 22 is made to flow into drain discharge piston valves 41, 42 and 43 of each-stage cylinder via a three-way electromagnetic valve 31 and four-way valve 32 laid in parallel to each other.
