PURPOSE: To greatly reduce the flow of flocks to a downstream side, facilitate the placing of a hair-catcher in and out of a drainage stopcock and to prevent the generation of different sounds when drainage is made without moving them in the drainage stopcock.
CONSTITUTION: A hair catcher 42 is constituted of a bell-shaped coronal body 44, a large number of fins projected in the radial direction from the peripheral surface of the coronal body 44 and a circular belt body connecting the front ends of the fins to each other. The fins 46 are arranged at specific intervals in the circumferential direction of the coronal body 44. The belt body has a radius slightly smaller than that of an upper casing 26 so as to parallel with the internal circumference of the upper casing 26. Two slits 50 interlocking with brackets 34 are provided to the hair catcher 42. An inserting opening 52 of an advancing-retreating shaft 32b is provided to the upper end face of the coronal body 44. The hair catcher 42 is inserted in a drainage stopcock removing a valve body from above, the slits 50 are fit to the brackets 34 and, at the same time, the coronal body 44 covers a mechanical box 32 and a boss section 40 from above.
