Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the draining of noodles with few workers in high efficiency, by putting noodles in a draining basket and applying mechanically induced vertical oscillation to the basket.
CONSTITUTION: A draining basket 7 is fixed to a rotary shaft 9 in a form of a cantilever and the rotary shaft 9 is made to be twistable along both directions by a swinging mechanism 16 driven by a motor 23. Noodles are put into the draining basket 7 and imparted with mechanically induced vertical oscillation to effect the draining of noodles. Noodles can be drained with few workers in high efficiency by this process.
