Abstract:
PURPOSE: To impose a back tension on a cable even at the time of passing a special-form substance in the point midway in the cable in particular.
CONSTITUTION: Two cable pinching members 11 and 12 holding a cable between and imposing a back tension on it are installed pairwise so as to leave a space in front and in the rear, while an operating system 16 controlling the opening or closing of these members 11 and 12 is installed there. With this constitution, in the case where a special-form substance 10 in the point midway in the cable 1 is passed through, even at the time of releasing the holding the cable 1 with one of the cable pinching members 11 and 12 in front and in the rear, a switching operation is performable with the operating system 16 so as to pinch the cable 1 with the member 12 on the other.
