PURPOSE: To enable drawing to be carried out in simple manufacturing facilities stably and efficiently by performing a predetermined press lowering at 1 pass through forge upon drawing high polymer, furthermore, using a heated and cooled tool depending on the part of the forging tool.
CONSTITUTION: A forge, which is easy to control the temperature of a tool, is employed instead of rolling. That is, as shown in (a), a material 1 is heated up to a predetermined temperature, after that, it is compressed in the part of 3 at first between tools 2, and as shown in (b), it is drawn in a longitudinal direction so as to be a predetermined thickness. At this time, the temperature of the material is raised once by the processing heat, however, press lowering is added thereon, and the contact area with the tool may then be increased, so that the heat is deprived by the tool, finally, the temperature is lowered in a condition of (b). If it will be insufficient, by holding it being into contact with the tool after the compression for a certain period, an arbitrary material temperature can be obtained. However, it means that the temperature of the tool rises, and at the time when the next part is compressed, sufficient heat depriving becomes impossible. As a result, the part L corresponding to the outlet of the tool is cooled, and the inlet thereof is heated depending upon cases.
