Abstract:
PURPOSE: To appropriately always apply a tension to a sheet material irrespective of a change of a winding diameter of a roll body.
CONSTITUTION: In a drawing-out device drawing out a sheet material through a roll body 1 comprised of the sheet material which is being wound up into a roll-like form, a resistance imparting pad 17 imparting variably resistance by driving by a motor 25 to a rotation of the roll body 1 by drawing-out of the sheet material is provided. A wind-up outer diameter detecting device 31 detecting the wind-up outer diameter of the roll body 1 through reading-out of imparted information of the wind-up outer diameter is arranged on the sheet material S and an action of a motor 31 is controlled so that rotary resistance to be imparted to the roll body 1 by the resistance imparting pad 17 according to a reduction of the wind-up outer diameter detected by the wind-up outer diameter detecting device 31 is reduced.
