Abstract:
To provide a high-speed delta row drawing parallel processing that is applicable to an image to be rotated.SOLUTION: A drawing processing apparatus comprises: L processors; a PDL analysis unit; a block generation unit that generates M blocks of pixel groups; a delta accumulation unit that generates an accumulated delta for decoding image data of the final row of each of the M blocks; an intermediate code generation unit that generates a first intermediate code when angle data indicates non-rotation and generates a second intermediate code when the angle data indicates 180-degree rotation; and an image drawing unit. The first intermediate code allows parallel processing on the M blocks and decodes the image data on a row line in which delta data has a size equal to or more than a first threshold and the initial row line. The second intermediate code allows parallel processing on the M blocks and holds the image data on an N-th row line by generating reverse delta data indicating the difference between the N-th row and an N-1-th row with the use of the delta data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
