Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain drawn yarn of a propylene polymer excellent in moldability as well as strength such as straight line strength and knot strength.
CONSTITUTION: The drawn yarn of a propylene polymer is characterized by forming from the propylene polymer (1) obtained by polymerizing propylene in the presence of a catalyst formed of a transition metal compound (A) of the group IV of the periodic table containing a ligand having a cyclopentadiene skeleton and an organoaluminumoxy compound (B) and being 0.01-10g/10min in MFR measured at 230°C under 2.16kg load and having 2-4Mw/Mn measured by GPC.
