DRESSING METHOD FOR INNER DIAMETER SAW BLADE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3199355
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dressing an inner diameter saw blade which can efficiently dress the blade in a short time.
SOLUTION: The edge 12b of an inner diameter saw, blade 12 obliquely upward cuts a dressing stone 42. Thus, the upper end part D of the edge 12b is brought into contact with a dressing stone 42, and dressed. Further, the blade 12 is horizontally drawn from the stone 42 from the above state, and hence the rear end upper side part F of the edge 12b of the blade 12 is brought into contact, with the trough 42A of the cutout groove 43 of the stone 42 formed of the cutout, and the part F is dressed. Thus, the one side (upper side) face of the edge of the inner diameter saw blade is dressed, and the other (lower side) face is dressed by the similar process, and thus the both sides of the edge 12b are dressed.
