Abstract:
To provide a new drier, and a method, operable at low energy cost, capable of drying in a relatively short time, and taking into consideration even influence on an environment.
This drier has a drying processing part 1 for storing a processing object, and constituted so that this processing object is heated by heat of a heat fluid introduced from an external part, and a vacuum pressure generating part 2 connected to this drying processing part 1 via a pipe 3. A valve device 31 capable of controlling opening-closing is interposed in the pipe 3.
