PURPOSE: To dry quickly articles to be dried by charging hot air only into a room whose accommodation is small by forming the charging method in such a way that hot air charged to each room from a hot air blower can be optionally changed.
CONSTITUTION: When a hot air blower 34 is operated, the outside air is sucked into a blade casing 41 from a suction hole 34 and a part of the discharged air flows through an air flowing passage 43 where an electric heater 44 is installed and the remainder flows through the other air flowing passage 43 and is mixed with the hot air. A part of the hot air flows through a discharge hole 36a and is blown off from an blowoff hole 25 of a partition plate 22 into a smaller room 23a and rises up in the room 23a and flows outside from the gap between a door 24 and an accommodating room 21. The remainder is discharged into a large room 23b from a discharge hole 36b and then rises up successively through vent holes 27 from air flowing passages 32 at shelves 26 and flows outside from the gap between the door 24 and the room 21. When an umbrella, etc., are quickly dried, the hole 36b is closed by a shutter 45 and the hot air is only discharged into the room 23a and the umbrella 47 can be quickly dried.
