Abstract:
PURPOSE: To correct the relative position of a gun body and a stem body.
CONSTITUTION: The gun body lead 1a of a gun body 1 positioned by a jig 5 and the stem body lead 2a of a stem body positioned by a jig 6 are locally heated by a laser 7. The temperature of a gun body lead 1a and the stem lead 2a increase, and their allowable stresses lower so that their plastic deformation is caused. The gun body 1 and a stem body 2 are corrected such that their forms are made after the jig 5 and the jig 6.
