PURPOSE: To enhance a drilling capacity and save the labor of workers, while maintaining the flexible movement of a drill available on hand.

CONSTITUTION: A wheel 2 is installed on the tip of a linear frame 1 while a stool 5 is installed thereto so that a worker may get on. Furthermore, a centralizer 3 is installed to hold a pin 4 and the core of a rod 24 of a drill C available on hand, thereby constituting a stand A. A bed 10, to which a holding member 12 is installed, is fixed with a guide bridge 11a of a rodless cylinder 11, thereby constituting a propulsion device B. A compressed air drive type drill or a hydraulic drive type drill is used as a drill C on hand. A handle 22 installed to a main body 21 is held with the holding member 12 and mounted in a suspended state while the rod 24 is supported on the centralizer 3. Reaction forces, which are produced when rocks or the like are drilled, can be matched with the total weight of the drill and the worker board on the stool 5.
