Abstract:
To provide a drilling drill capable of preventing a situation of damaging tissue (nerves) after the drilling and preventing blurring to thereby enable highly precise drilling, and provide an operation control device for the same.SOLUTION: An operation control device for a drilling drill includes drive means 30 provided with a projecting blade 2A partially projected along an outer circumference of the tip of the drilling drill 1 and rotationally driving the drilling drill 1, a detection unit 22 for detecting the drilling of a bone by rotating the drilling drill 1, and a control unit 20 for controlling the rotating direction/rotational speed and the cutting depth of the drilling drill 1. The control unit 20 controls the depth of grinding by using the setting height from the tip side H1 of the projecting blade 2 to the base end side H3, and the rotating direction/rotational speed of the drilling drill 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
