Abstract:
To prevent an occurrence of boiling over during making of a carbonated drink by blowing carbon dioxide gas G into a drink D containing sugar and the like in a drink carbonator 1 for shop or household use that carbonizes the drink D by supplying carbon dioxide gas G into a drink vessel 3 storing the drink D.SOLUTION: A drink carbonator for shop and household use has an ultrasonic a piezoelectric or an unbalance mass type vibration generator 17 that abuts on a drink vessel 3 to apply vibration to drink D inside it. After supplying carbon dioxide gas G into the drink vessel 3 storing the drink D, vibration is applied via a vibration generator 17 to the drink D in the drink vessel 3, thereby dispersing the carbon dioxide gas G in the drink D and vibrating the drink D to promote contact with the carbon dioxide gas G. As a result, the carbon dioxide gas G actively dissolves into the drink D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
