Abstract:
To provide a drip-proof structure for an electronic component capable of performing effective drip-proof operation in a simple structure.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a rotary electronic component 1 comprising: a case 20 configured by forming a first accommodation part 25 on one surface side; a circuit board 160 accommodated in the first accommodation part 25; a light guide body 190 which is installed on the circuit board 160 and by which light emitted from a light-emitting element 169 mounted in the circuit board 160 is introduced and emitted from a light emission plane 197 provided at a desired position; and a first cover 220 covering the first accommodation part 25 in which the circuit board 160 and the light guide body 190 are accommodated. A drain guide projection 205 which guides a liquid flowing along a back face of the light guide body 190 to a drainage direction is provided on the back face directed to the side of the first cover 220. The drain guide projection 205 is formed to partition one corner of the light guide body 190 at an opposite surface side where the light emission plane 197 is provided, from the other portion by extending to both sides holding the one corner therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
