Abstract:
To provide a drive circuit capable of quickly stopping an inductive load.SOLUTION: A drive circuit 101 for driving a positive electrode side relay 41 that uses a coil 41a, comprises: a first switch SW1 configured to switch an energization state between a first end of the coil 41a and a power supply Vcc; and a second switch SW2 configured to switch an energization state between a second end of the coil 41a and a ground terminal GND. In addition, the drive circuit 101 comprises: a first circuit 110 between the first end of the coil 41a and the ground terminal GND; and a second circuit 120 between the second end of the coil 41a and the power supply Vcc. The first circuit 110 is an arc-extinguishing circuit that discharges an electromagnetic energy in the coil 41a at drive stop control. The second circuit 120 is a circuit that permits energization between the second end of the coil 41a and the power supply Vcc at least at drive stop control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
