Abstract:
PURPOSE: To correct the relative change of the maximum displacement of an actuator due to the temperature characteristic of a differential transformer.
CONSTITUTION: In a drive controller which is provided with the differential transformer 2 for detecting the displacement of the actuator 1 and a maximum displacement setting means 7 for setting the maximum displacement of the actuator 1, and controls the drive of the actuator 1 within the range of the maximum displacement based on the detection information of the differential transformer 2, maximum displacement correcting means 12, 13 to correct the maximum displacement set by the maximum displacement setting means 7 on the basis of the voltage of the sum in the same polarity of detection voltages V4, V5 obtained separately from two secondary windings of the differential transformer 2 are provided.
