Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a drive controller for power windows which can effectively avoid unnecessary interposition detecting operations and can effectively prevent the erroneous occurrence of an interposition.
CONSTITUTION: When the threshold SL of a motor current used for detecting the overload of a motor is changed to a higher threshold SH higher than the current value of the motor, the threshold is compared with a prefixed discriminating value AL. Therefore, unnecessary interposition detecting operations can be effectively avoided and, at the same time, when the threshold SL is higher than the discriminating value AL, the erroneous occurrence of an interposition can be effectively prevented by reversing or stopping the motor or issuing a warning to the outside with a buzzer, etc., based on the discriminated results.
