Abstract:
To provide a drive device which can inhibit rainwater from remaining in a boot.SOLUTION: A drive device 1 is a drive device for opening/closing an opening/closing body 2 supported in an openable/closable manner in a vehicle body 3 and comprises: a drive device body 11; and a boot 12. The drive device body 11 is connected to the vehicle body 3 and the opening/closing body 2 and can expand and contract. The boot 12 allows wiring extending from the drive device body 11 to pass therethrough. The boot 12 comprises: a boot body 31; and an attachment part 32. The boot body 31 can be attached to the vehicle body 3. The attachment part 32 is arranged at an end of the boot body 31 and is attached to the drive device body 11. The attachment part 32 has a protrusion part 42. The protrusion part 42 protrudes toward the outer side of the drive device body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
