To rapidly supply oil to a hydraulic chamber of a clutch device with a suitable hydraulic pressure in a driving device for a hybrid vehicle.
The driving device for the hybrid vehicle includes the clutch device 3 for connecting an input shaft 32 rotatably connected to an engine 2 and an output shaft 41 connected to a rotor 13 of an electric motor 1 so as to be freely engaged and disengaged in accordance with supply and delivery of lubricating oil to and from the hydraulic chamber PC; a motor case 11 rotatably supporting the input and the output shafts 32 and 41, surrounding the electric motor 1 and the clutch device 3 with a wall part, and having the rotor 13 fixed on an inner peripheral surface of the wall part, and having an oil reservoir part 101 in a lower part; an electric pump 7 having a suction port communicated with the oil reservoir part 101; and a solenoid switching valve 9 selectively communicating the hydraulic chamber PC with a delivery port of the electric pump 7 or the oil reservoir part 101. A pressure regulating valve 200 is interposed in an oil passage connecting the valve 9 and the oil reservoir part 101 so that flow of the lubricating oil from the valve 9 to the oil reservoir part 101 is allowed when a pressure of the lubricating oil exceeds the prescribed low pressure and the flow of the lubricating oil from the oil reservoir part 101 to the valve 9 is regulated at the pressure lower than the low pressure.
