Abstract:
To provide a slide door driver having a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A slide door driver 10 comprises: a motor; a speed reduction mechanism 28 for reducing speed of rotation of the motor; an opening cable 20a having one end fixed to a slide door of a vehicle; an outer casing 100 into which the opening cable 20a is interpolated; an opening drum 70 around which the opening cable 20a is wound, the opening drum being rotated by the speed reduction mechanism 28; and a path length adjustment mechanism 32 for adjusting a path length of the opening cable 20a by moving the outer casing 100's end on the side closer to the drum along the direction of extension of the opening cable 20a. The path length adjustment mechanism 32 includes: a link 106 for moving the outer casing 100's end; and a claw 108d and engaging piece 104c as path length fixation parts for fixing the end at a predetermined location within a path length adjustment range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
