Abstract:

To provide a drive torque controller of a vehicle which can assure stably running while holding a battery result power in an allowance range without a problem of an incorrect battery power calculated value due to the error of rotational inertia.

In the drive torque controller of the vehicle, an electric automobile or a hybrid vehicle (series parallel hybrid on the whole) using a motor driven by a driver, such as a battery and an inverter, etc. in a part or the entirety of a power source for driving the vehicle includes a drive torque instruction value correcting means for reducing a drive torque instruction value To ref in response to an exceeding part when a battery result power discharges exceeding a battery charging/discharging power allowance range and increasing the drive torque instruction value To ref in response to the exceeding part when the battery result power charges exceeding the battery charging/discharging power allowance range, and a motor torque instruction value deciding means for deciding motor torque instruction values T1 ref. T2 ref to the motor generators MG1, MG2 based on the drive torque correcting instruction value To ref1 by the drive torque instruction value correcting means.
