To provide a drive transmission device of a feed device capable of realizing the high-speed and highly accurate positioning when applied to a plate machine or other machine tools.

A drive transmission device is used in a feed device to give the feed action from a drive source 2 to a moving body 6 through a drive shaft 3, a driven shaft 4, and a feed screw mechanism 5. A gear train 7 to transmit the rotation of the drive shaft 3 to the driven shaft 4 is provided, and a pulley mechanism 8 to transmit the rotation of the drive shaft 3 to the driven shaft 4 in parallel to the gear train 7 is provided. The gear train 7 comprises first and second gears 9, 10 engaged with the drive shaft 3 and the driven shaft 4 respectively and an intermediate gear 11 engaged with the first and second gears. The pulley mechanism 8 comprises pulleys 12, 13 integrated with the first and second gears 9, 10 and a belt 14.
