The studs 2 made of a resin cured in the temperature region of approximately 3°C or lower cut through the iced surface 563, occurring at a low temperature during a winter season, of a drive rail 562 fixed on the upper surface of an end part forming the drive surface of the traverse truck 56 and by suppressing the occurrence of racing of the dirigible road wheel 1, smooth running of the traverse truck 56 is ensured.
