Abstract:

To provide an oil cooling type driving device which includes a motor integrated with an inverter and cools the motor using oil, and whose assembly process can be simplified while improving cooling efficiency.SOLUTION: A driving device 100 comprises a motor, an inverter, a housing 6, an inverter lid part 13, oil, a heat exchanger 9, and a coolant passage 11 through which coolant flows. The inverter includes a switching element fixed to the inverter lid part. The coolant passage has: a switching element cooling part; a heat exchange part; a lid part side opening part 11c that is disposed at a portion connecting the switching element cooling part and the heat exchange part in the coolant passage and is open to the inverter lid part; and a storage part side opening part 11d that is open to an inverter storage part. When viewed from a predetermined direction, the lid part side opening part and the storage part side opening part overlap with each other and face each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
