Title:
DRIVEN MEMBER MADE OF COATED STEEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08296228
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily provide a well having the excellent corrosion resistance by coating the inner surface and the outer surface of a steel pipe pile, which has multiple through holes in the tip thereof, and the hole parts thereof with the corrosion preventing coating so that the underground water can be pumped up by only driving a pile.

CONSTITUTION: The inner surface and the outer surface and hole parts of a steel pipe pile, to which the printing treatment such as blasting, acid pickling and degreasing is performed, is coated with the epoxy coating and the polyester coating so as to provide the corrosion-proof coatings 3, 4. The organic pigment and the inorganic pigment are appropriately mixed in the coating at need so as to modulate the desirable color. As this steel pipe pile 1, the alloy steel of the stainless steel, and the clad steel obtained by laminating the alloy steel or the like can be used, besides the carbon steel. Furthermore, the steel pipe plated with a metal such as aluminum, zinc, chromium may be used. The steel pipe pile 1 is driven to the underground water vein 6, and the soil inside of the pile is scraped for discharge so as to form a well. A well having the excellent corrosion resistance can be thereby easily obtained.
