To solve the problem wherein it is tiring to rotate a manually used screw driver as the muscles used when rotating the screw driver are mainly those of fingers which are small and limited, thereby making a person easily tired, and when turning the screw driver, the hand turning the screw driver must hold the screw driver and also rotate it, and to do this at the same time, the screw driver needs to be rotated by pinching a head part of the screw driver with fingers, but this is tiring and inefficient.

If something that functions as a rotating shaft is made to engage between the palm of the hand and the screw driver so that the screw driver rotates without resistance, the screw driver can be rotated while it is held. If a zipper using a clip spring is used, attachment and detachment of the screw driver is made easily, and the rotating work of the screw driver becomes effortless.
